Most conversations about AI at work focus on tools. For leaders, the bigger challenge is often cultural. Within a single team, early adopters often work alongside colleagues who have barely tried AI, while some employees are already showing signs of AI fatigue. This evening brings research and practice together to explore what that means for leadership. Leaders, HR professionals, researchers and students are all welcome, and there is plenty of room for questions and discussion.
