During the masterclass you will study theory and best practices. There is also plenty of time for reflection on your own experiences as well as those of your fellow participants. In the 2^nd session, an experienced startup mentor will attend as a guest lecturer to further inspire you.

You will study the following subjects:

• Functions and roles of the mentor or coach.
• Effective mentoring and coaching skills.
• Mentoring startups in incubators or accelerators.

This masterclass is designed for startup coaches and start-up mentors. In particular those working in the context of an entrepreneurship programme, such as a startup incubator or accelerator. Whether you are a seasoned mentor or a relative newcomer, we look forward to welcoming you.
