  • Dr. Alfred Zerres

    Dr. Alfred Zerres is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behavior at the Amsterdam Business School (University of Amsterdam) and specialised in negotiation in research, teaching, and consultancy. He is the director of the European Negotiation Hub and has a long track record as consultant and negotiation trainer for corporate clients across the globe.
