Conflict is a natural part of personal and professional life. Learn to manage it effectively in our 2-day masterclass. We will explore common sources of conflict, as well as barriers (and gateways) to conflict resolution. You will gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience that will ultimately reduce your time spent managing conflicts.

Teaching staff

Dr. Richard Ronay

Dr. Richard Ronay is an Associate Professor at the Amsterdam Business School. He draws on 30 years of international teaching experience in psychology, negotiation, and conflict management. He engages students with interactive learning, winning the Lecturer Trophy annually since 2019. Beyond teaching, he contributes to the European Negotiation Hub and advises private and government entities on negotiation and conflict matters.
