Dr. O. (Ona) Akemu

Ona’s research currently centers on how entrepreneurial decision makers are implicated in the emergence of firms, the crafting of organisational identity, and the maintenance of organisational boundaries.

Dr B. (Burcu) Küçükkeles

Burcu completed her PhD studies in management at ETH Zurich, where she was awarded the ETH Medal for her dissertation. Her research lies in the intersection of strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Dr. P. (Pushpika) Vishwanathan

Pushpika's research centers on the interplay between strategy and ethics, with a particular focus on the topics of corporate governance, stakeholder management, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and organisational design.

Prof. H.W. (Henk) Volberda

Henk is Scientific Director of the Amsterdam Centre for Business Innovation. His research focuses on various themes such as hyper-competition, technological disruption, new business models, strategic flexibility, management innovation and new forms of organisation.
