The next steps in your career can be immersive. That's why we offer a comprehensive package of services to help you succeed. With 1-on-1 career coaching, workshops and network events, you will be able to discover which career step fits your talents and ambitions. MBA candidates who use the services of our Career Services team are fully prepared to enter the Dutch job market. From the class of 2022, approximately 75% of the alumni found a job before or within one month after graduation.

Personal coaching
Focus on your career goals, explore your purpose or enhance your job application. It's up to you! Book your personal coaching sessions when it fits your schedule and grow as a professional. You can consult 2 accredited coaches who are recognised by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Dutch Order of Professional Coaches (NOBCO) / Dutch Association of Career Professionals (Noloc). They provide the necessary guidance and resources to help you achieve your career goals.

Career development events
A wide range of workshops aimed at enhancing skills and knowledge (e.g. personal branding, networking, job interview preparation, negotiation, intercultural communication and business pitching). For these events we invite guest speakers who are experts in their field.

Network- and alumni events
We offer you access to a broad business and alumni network to facilitate valuable networking opportunities (e.g. Annual Business Networking Event, company visits, and alumni drinks). Examples of companies at past events: Accenture, Deloitte, Booking.com, Uber, ABN AMRO, ING and sustainable start-ups such as FUL Foods and Soilmates. A great way to meet new people and explore new business opportunities.
We view our alumni as great source of inspiration for our current students and therefore we regularly invite our alumni at the university to share about their career journeys and offer mentorship.
Finally, we are committed to sustaining our alumni community and offer a range of events such as networking drinks, roundtable talks, and lectures, to provide ongoing opportunities for our alumni to connect, learn, and grow together. Students are welcome to join as well (if it fits the schedule).
