My personal motivation for participating in the Recognition & Rewards committee
Recognition and rewards falls within my research field, so I was really happy to join the committee. It is really interesting to both study strategic HRM, and at the same time use this knowledge and put it in practice at UvA.
High on my Recognition & Rewards priority list
I think a lot of issues are highly intertwined, but here are a few things that I find important: I would like to see that different profiles and talents will be recognized at UvA. Also, how to effectively recognize and reward people and achieving the results that we find important, while at the same time taking into account their wellbeing is high on my list.
