This masterclass is designed for all mid- to senior-level professionals whose work is affected by some degree of internationalisation and strategic decision-making within their firms. They usually work in departments dealing with business development, the strategic orientation of the firm, and organisational design considerations. This masterclass is for you if you have a minimum of 5 years work experience.
