This masterclass is designed for all mid- to senior-level professionals whose work is affected by some degree of internationalisation and strategic decision-making within their firms. They usually work in departments dealing with business development, the strategic orientation of the firm, and organisational design considerations. This masterclass is for you if you have a minimum of 5 years work experience.

What will you learn?

During this masterclass, you will:

1. learn what the future of international business in the post-COVID-19 era will look like;
2. enhance your understanding of the ‘new normal’ conditions in international business;
3. learn how risks are evolving in the post-COVID-19 era. What implications those risks have for businesses and managers, and how businesses can mitigate or benefit from those risks;
4. develop new managerial skills that are required under the ‘new normal’ conditions in international business.

Jan's expertise centres on the organisational design of multinational corporations. In his research, he investigates how globalisation and digitalisation impact multinational corporations. Both his research and teaching have been recognised with prestigious awards.
