Registration and cancellation policy

Please read the information on this page carefully before submitting your application. Only a fully and correctly filled out application will be processed.
  1. The tuition fee for the ESG Academy for Executive Students in academic year 2023-2024 is € 17.500. 
  2. The Programme Director decides on meeting the entry requirements. Only after approval is your application final.
  3. Once you have received a letter of acceptance for the programme, your registration is definitive.
  4. Cancellations must be made in writing. Upon receipt of your cancellation request in writing, the secretariat will send you a return receipt confirming your request has been received.
  5. For cancellations up to one month before the start of the semester an administrative fee of € 1.000 will be charged. For all cancellations received less than a month prior to the start of, or during the semester the full tuition fee will be charged.
  6. Ultimately the student is personally responsible for ensuring full payment of the tuition fee, regardless of any agreements made with your employer or third parties.
  7. In the event that the above mentioned conditions are insufficient for reaching consensus on any issue, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business is, after consult with the Exam Committee, authorized to issue a binding decision or take appropriate measures.
  8. In the event of insufficient registrations, the Institute for Executive Programmes reserves the right to cancel the ESG Academy for Executive Students. Participants who have already registered will receive written notice of this no later than one month prior to the starting date. In the event of cancellation, tuition fees that have already been paid will be fully refunded as soon as possible.
  9. For international participants please note that we do not offer any assistance regarding visa, housing or a scholarship for this programme.
