Amsterdam Leadership Programme

The Amsterdam Leadership Programme is our personal coaching programme. It helps you to develop your personal and professional leadership skills through lectures, workshops and intervision sessions. The focus is on exploring your own leadership styles, strengths, and development areas. You will:

  • receive feedback on key skills;
  • focus on the skills needed to grow professionally within an organisation;
  • learn specific skills relevant to personal goals;
  • network with an influential employee;
  • share both frustrations and successes.

Balanced mix of theory and practice

Our lecturers combine strong academic expertise with extensive experience in the financial sector. You also learn from your international classmates, who bring a wide range of professional backgrounds to the classroom. The programme challenges you to think critically in theoretical discussions and immediately apply new knowledge to real-life business cases and within your own organisation. This way, you develop the skills and mindset needed to become a leader in finance.

Learn by doing

Hands-on learning is central to the programme. You will, for example:

  • develop a business plan in Fintech Venture.
  • explore asset management theory with industry experts in Advanced Asset Management.
  • solve a real-life business case in Mergers & Acquisitions and present your work to leading professionals in the field.
