How far along are organisations in adopting smart technologies like AI and robotics? And how is geopolitical unrest shaping their strategies and policies?

About the survey

To answer these kinds of questions, the Amsterdam Centre for Business Innovation at the University of Amsterdam conducts the Dutch Innovation Monitor (Nederlandse Innovatie Monitor) every year. In this survey, executives and board members respond to questions about innovation, the use of new technologies, AI, investments, and business performance. As part of a study for the Ministry of Economic Affairs, special attention is given to the Dutch business and investment climate. These findings are published separately in a Business Climate Monitor. This year, FEB alumni are invited to take part in the research led by UvA professor Henk Volberda. Do you or someone you know work for an innovative company? Complete the survey yourself or forward it to someone else!

What’s in it for you?

  • A tailored management report giving you insights into your organisation’s innovative capacity, and how it compares to the average in your sector.
  • A chance to win the Dutch Innovation Award 2025 (see the 2024 winner at the BID National Innovation Gala).
  • An opportunity to make your voice heard on current entrepreneurship topics.

Completing the survey takes about 10 to 15 minutes. You can participate until Sunday 29 June 2025, and all data will be handled confidentially.
