    About the speakers

    Marelle van Beerschoten - Founder & Director at Digital Shapers
    Marelle is a passionate entrepreneur in the digital world and is willing to make a difference. She has been an entrepreneur for almost years, in the field of tech. As Founder and Managing Director of Digital Shapers, she and her team work to increase a digital mindset and accelerate data-driven transformation within organizations. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Amsterdam Business School and active in an independent think tank called DenkWerk. Her focus areas are data science, data-driven culture change, digital workforce & learning.

    Sven Smit - Senior Partner at McKinsey
    Sven is a senior partner at McKinsey & Company, co-chairman of the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI), McKinsey's business
    and economics research arm, and a member of the McKinsey Shareholder Council.
    Sven works with leading companies to develop strategies for growth, serving all industries. Analyzing the success factors
    required for business growth, examining the way megatrends influence it, and defining the lessons of diversified growth, he
    builds on the ideas in Strategy Beyond the Hockey Stick (2018) and The Granularity of Growth (2008), two books he coauthored.
    He helps McKinsey to develop the firm’s point of view on core issues such as economic volatility, inflation, and uncertainty, and defines ways to help clients navigate the problems. Previous roles Sven has held within McKinsey include leading the Firm’s Western Europe region and the global Strategy & Corporate Finance Practice.
    Sven holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD. Prior to joining McKinsey in 1992, Sven worked at Philips Research Laboratories (Measurement and Control) as an engineer/researcher. He contributes to society through NL2025, an initiative committed to a better future for the Netherlands.

    Thomas Mulder - Executive Director HR at Vodafone
    Thomas is Executive Director HR for VodafoneZiggo since July 2018. He joined Vodafone in January 2012 from Accenture where he was HR Director for the Benelux countries. He led the acquisition of Cable & Wireless Worldwide and the launch of Vodafone Group Enterprise from an HR perspective. End 2013 he moved to Germany to complete the acquisition and integration of Kabel Deutschland as their HR Director. In 2015, he went back to Vodafone Netherlands as HR Director to lead in the due diligence of Ziggo. He was appointed Global HR Director for Vodafone Business in December 2016.

    Andrew Moskos - Co-founder, artistic director, and an active partner at Boom Chicago
    Recent themes in his comedy productions include artificial intelligence, US politics, and 90s sitcoms that are having an unlikely renaissance. Andrew hosts, writes for and performs at international conferences. Over the past 25 years, he has worked on high stakes corporate events for most major companies in the Netherlands. Yes, 'most' as in a majority of them. He coached Prime Minister Mark Rutte and co-wrote his 'most successful speech ever' for the Dutch Correspondents dinner.
    Andrew loves big ideas and looks forward to meeting you at the bar for a drink.
