Strengthening executive communication

Motivated by a desire for personal growth, Teemu joined the masterclass Leadership Essentials at the Amsterdam Business School. ‘I wanted to support my personal development and improve my executive communication skills, leadership presence and projecting authenticity.’

A stimulating and engaging experience

Teemu experienced studying at Amsterdam Business School as both stimulating and engaging. The relatively small group created space for interaction, while the experienced lecturers and instructors brought different perspectives to the programme. ‘It was a very interesting experience in a relatively small group of executives, and with very experienced lecturers and instructors. I was not expecting the physical exercises, but they added a valuable dimension to the programme.’

Being present as a leader

For Teemu, one of the most important insights was the value of being fully present and developing a deeper understanding of his own leadership approach. ‘I learned the importance of being present in every situation, and also bringing my authentic self everywhere I go. It was a great opportunity for self-reflection.’

What stood out most was the constructive feedback on his leadership style and future potential, as well as the interaction with fellow participants. ‘The feedback on my leadership style and future potential was particularly valuable. I also appreciated the interaction between participants and the enthusiasm of the lecturers and instructors.’
