Royal honour for ABS professor Anwar Osseyran

Professor Anwar Osseyran has been named Officer in the Order of Orange-Nassau. Osseyran was conferred this royal honour for his efforts in the field of ICT for education and research and his contrbutions in his role as a former board member of SURF.
‘Anwar is part of the ABS Operations Management section and he is someone who is very knowledgeable in the field of organisation and the management of large computer infrastructures. He has a great deal expertise and knowledge in the applications of large-scale computing systems. But above all, Anwar is a very pleasant and sincere colleague who is always ready and willing to help others’ said Marc Salomon, Dean of the Amsterdam Business School.
