Henk Volberda, Professor of Strategic Management and researcher Kevin Heij (section Inter. Strategy and Marketing) received the Best Book Award 2019 from the European Academy of Management for their book ‘Reinventing Business Models: How firms cope with disruption’ on 27 June in Lisbon.
The selection committee was unanimous in its decision and found that the book was the best example of management practice and academic rigour going hand in hand. The prize consists of a certificate and a cash prize of €2.500.
