As a postdoctoral candidate in finance at Amsterdam Business School, I am interested in researching questions related to sustainable investing. Specifically, I am interested in working with data on portfolio holdings of large institutional investors and analysing their buying and selling decisions in relation to sustainability-coded mandates, regulations, as well as changes in the sustainability characteristics of the assets themselves. Moreover, I am interested in the financing of innovations created by startups/ private firms. Specifically, I consider the role of open-end mutual funds in buying private equity shares of innovative firms.
