Recently the research section Operations Management has changed its name to Business Analytics, covering the cohesion in the research of this section. Read more about the Business Analytics seminars.
The Business Analytics Section at Amsterdam Business School aims to arrange a series of hybrid seminars, with a focus on Business Analytics related research, to share and connect with other researchers in this discipline, particularly our colleagues from ABS and ASE. We would like to invest in (inter)departmental initiatives and cooperation and share our expertise. We invite all researchers who work in the areas of e.g. Machine Learning, AI, and Big Data to get connected and bring all of our initiatives to the next level to gain further societal impacts.
When: Monthly on Tuesdays during 12:00-13:00
Where: Hybrid in room REC M4.02
Goals
More visibility for researchers at ABS and ASE who work in Business Analytics related research e.g. Machine Learning, AI, and Big Data
To better know each other’s research, to get more coherence/cooperation in our school
To share our knowledge with the rest of our school
To initiate possible collaborations between our group and our school
More visibility of our group and our research in Amsterdam Business School
For PhDs students to reach out at ABS and ASE
Set-up
The aim is to share our knowledge with our colleagues from ABS and ASE, since many of us are working on Business Analytics related research.
