Summary

Incubators are shared office facilities that help start-up companies grow by providing business services and networks and thus a secure environment. In this PhD project, I develop a monitor to assess the performance and effectiveness of the incubator landscape in Amsterdam from the level of the founder of a start-up (tenants) to the policies and goals of the incubator management and above.
