    About the speakers

    Rina Joosten
    Seedlink is a tech scale-up that develops artificial intelligence to better match candidates to jobs. Co-founder Rina wants to leverage cutting edge technology by removing human bias from the decision making process. Before Seedlink, she founded HR Consultancy 'International Top Talent' in China and Europe and also held various management positions at DSM. She was also appointed a position in the Dutch AI Taskforce as well as European Commission councils on AI policies.

    Bob van Ginkel
    Bob studied Technical Business Administration at the Hogeschool Utrecht and Business Administration at the Erasmus University. After his graduation he came to Robert Walters as a recruitment consultant. Nowadays he's responsible for Robert Walters' office in Amsterdam. This office matches the unique talents of Amsterdam professionals with the right employers. Robert Walters' areas of specialisation include finance, legal, HR and data intelligence, and is active in 31 countries.

    Eva Szreder
    Eva is HR Director at L’Oréal. After finishing her Master Business Administration, she started at L’Oréal as Logistics Trainee. Starting with sales she later worked in various HR positions in Paris, Latvia, Germany, and the Netherlands. During her career she managed recruitment/HR teams in markets where there’s a 'war on talent' and learned how to recruit and retain the best people for L’Oréal. She will share her vision on both recruitment and developing talents for the future.

    Mark de Bruijn
    Mark is Brand Manager NYX Professional Make-up at L’Oréal. He started his career after successfully attending Brandstorm, an annual business game organised by L’Oréal. Although he wanted to start working at an automotive or tech company, he ended up in cosmetics. In his ten years working at l'Oréal he gained experience in marketing, sales and business development . Mark will tell us about his career and explain why he loves working at L’Oréal.

    About the speakers

    Madeleine Tjon Pian Gi
    Madeleine is a partner in McKinsey & Company’s Amsterdam office. She has a focus on big data analytics driven commercial transformations. She is primarily serving (omnichannel) Retail and Consumer Goods clients across Europe. Madeleine has developed deep knowledge in merchandizing & revenue management topics and is passionate about helping clients to deliver impact and to build lasting capabilities and operating models to sustain the impact.

    Boukje Taphoorn
    Boukje has worked at Unilever, Wieden+Kennedy, KesselsKramer and has lead marketing and branding teams at Google for 5 years. She helped iconic brands grow their business by focusing on full-funnel marketing solutions.  Boukje now works as a CMO at bol.com, the biggest online retailer in the Benelux. Here she leads the Marketing department  and is in charge of Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service and the bol.com Retail Media Group.

    About the speakers

    Robin Kroes
    Robin has been the Executive Director Strategy, Insights & Integration since the start of VodafoneZiggo on 1 January 2017. In this role Robin contributed to Vodafone and Ziggo’s merger and he led the integration of both companies. Robin’s current responsibilities include Strategy, Data & Insights, Content & Programming and next to this, Robin is leading VodafoneZiggo’s Digital Transformation. Robin studied Economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam.

    Mariëtte Swart
    Mariëtte is Chief Legal and Compliance Officer (CLCO) at Adyen, in which capacity she was closely involved in the European Banking License application, the IPO and most recently the US Banking License application. Adyen delivers frictionless payment solutions across online, mobile, and in-store channels. Adyen serves customers including AliExpress, eBay and Facebook. Prior to Adyen, Mariette worked at an international law firm where she gained a vast experience in global financial services.
