This masterclass takes place during 2 evening classes and consists of short interactive lectures, discussion and reflections. The 1^st class will introduce key terminology and tools for diversity hiring and inclusion climate design. The 2^nd class allows you to put this knowledge into practice by developing an action plan for your startup.

This masterclass is designed for founders, recruiters, HR managers or employees in startups or scaleups. You are seeking to build an inclusive company culture, but you don’t have the practical tools to do so or the time to search for them yourself.
