AI is a technology, but capturing its value is an organisational challenge. Senior leaders play a key role in shaping the AI agenda: where can AI create strategic value for your organisation? What does it mean for productivity, work and jobs? And how should leaders balance opportunities against risks? During this intensive 1-day programme, you explore these questions in three steps: understanding the technology, seeing the opportunities and shaping the strategic agenda. By the end of the day, you will understand where AI matters and where it does not. You will be equipped to ask the right questions, identify where AI can create value and give direction to how your organisation responds to the opportunities and challenges of AI.

You want to understand what AI means for your organisation and be able to assess its opportunities and risks with confidence. No prior knowledge of IT, data science or analytics is required.
