ABS scholars in Business and Management ranking top 10

Three ABS professors have been included in the Research.com 2026 Best Business and Management Scientists ranking. Henk Volberda is ranked number 5 in the Netherlands, followed by Ans Kolk in 7th place and Deanne Den Hartog in 9th place.

The ranking is based on the D-index (Discipline H-index) metric which only includes papers and citation values in the field of business and management.

In the global Research.com ranking, the Amsterdam Business School professors are ranked at 158, 188, and 223 respectively. The scores are based on a number of platforms, including OpenAlex and CrossRef. These sources represent some of the most comprehensive and widely recognised databases available to the scholarly community. The inclusion of these 3 ABS scholars recognises their place among the top researchers within their specific fields, both in the Netherlands and internationally.
