The International Leadership Association (ILA) recently announced that it will present Deanne Den Hartog a Lifetime Achievement Award when it convenes for its annual conference in October 2021.

Den Hartog (ABS Professor of Organizational Behavior) is 1 of 3 recipients receiving this award in 2021 for their significant lifetime contribution to the field of leadership through their published works and influential support of leadership knowledge and practice. Her work and achievements will be celebrated at the annual conference and afterwards, her name will be added to the ILA Hall of Fame.

Deanne den Hartog’s research focuses on various aspects of leadership, including ethical and charismatic leadership, leadership and (dark side) personality, and cross-cultural leadership. She is also an elected member of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences and of the Royal Holland Society of Sciences and Humanities.
