Amsterdam Business School researcher Vittoria Scalera will lead the first phase of the 3-year MIG.EN.CUBE project that aims to develop tools and best practices to foster the growth of migrant entrepreneurs in the EU.

Vittoria Scalera (Assistant Professor of International Management) is currently evaluating the training needs of the target group and mapping out best practices used by incubators at academic and non-academic institutions that provide support to migrant entrepreneurs.
Her research will cover incubators in the Netherlands, France and Italy. The Amsterdam Business School and Impact Hub Amsterdam are the Dutch institutions participating in the project. Scalera will be assisted by MSc Business Administration student Ornella Lupoi and they will present their findings in August 2021.
