Professor of Marketing Willemijn van Dolen (ABS) was appointed member of the Holland Society for the Sciences (KHMW) on 8 February. The KHMW appoints scholars and researchers with an impressive track record in recognition of their efforts in forging links between academia and society.
The Holland Society for the Sciences, founded in 1752, is the oldest learned society in the country today and is made up of approximately 380 science promoters (known as directors) and about 480 scholars (known as members), drawn from the natural sciences, the humanities and the social sciences.
