His work, encompassing almost 50 academic papers, has been published in a range of academic journals. ‘The Business School has always wholeheartedly supported my research and facilitated the transfer of my findings and theoretical ideas to students. This has greatly enhanced my teaching and student interaction and has led to a number of MSc students pursuing PhD studies under my supervision’.
