Together with your coach you will develop a Personal Development Plan; focusing on exploring your skills, talents and interests and on setting and achieving your career goals. This tailored approach helps us identify the individual needs and goals of each student throughout their MBA.

In addition to individual coaching we also offer:

• mock interviews to students with specific interviews scheduled;
• pre-graduation seminars;
• self-assessment tests (such as CareerLeader and the MBTI test).
