We are happy to welcome you to our Executive Programme in Management Studies/Bedrijfskunde in deeltijd, EPMS for short.

Introduction and first lecture

The introduction for new students starting from February, will take place on the Roeterseiland campus, 30 August 2024 from 13:30.  You will receive an invitation several weeks before this date.

The first lectures of block 1 will be on 6 September 2024.

Diplomas prior education

It is mandatory for the Amsterdam Business School to check certificates including transcripts of your prior education.

Students that obtained a diploma in the Netherlands will be requested to share a BSN number. With this number the admissions team can verify the information about your prior education.

International diplomas, including transcripts must be verified at the Amsterdam Business School.

UvA account and Canvas

You should already have received an email with your student number and password from the University of Amsterdam (UvA). Among other services, your student account will give you access to the digital learning platform that the UvA uses to electronically support the teaching process: Canvas.

Here you will find general information page of the programme containing all the practical information about the UvA, the Amsterdam Business School and the Executive Programme in Management Studies. Please check the folder New students that contains a lot of relevant information for you.

As soon as the programme management has registered you for the courses in your first block, you will also have access to the corresponding Canvas course pages. Course related information, e.g. literature and preparations for the first lecture, can be found there.

Online schedule

On https://rooster.uva.nl/  you can find the timetable and room numbers for the entire programme, for your specific group and for each course separately.  On the Canvas EPMS page you will find instructions on how to use this site and at the introduction meeting we will demonstrate the use of this website.

Tuition fee authorisation form

In case you want to pay the full tuition fee yourself you can pay in installments. You will receive a pro forma invoice and an authorisation form to fill out and return to us.
