- increase inclusion by fostering employees’ uniqueness and feelings of appreciation;
- prevent exclusion of team members, but know when exclusion is legitimate;
- have clear tools and habits to sustain the momentum of your diversity management efforts;
- provide your team a better and secure working environment.
Teaching staff
Dr. Tanja Hentschel is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. Her research and executive teaching focuses on diversity, leadership, personnel selection, and biases.
