Amsterdam Business School receives AMBA recognition for MBA innovation
The Association of MBAs (AMBA) recently recognised the Amsterdam Business School’s MBA in Big Data & Business Analytics for its innovative approach to MBA education during the AMBA Excellence Awards Gala. The event took place in London on 2 February.
AMBA praised the ABS Big Data & Business Analytics programme for being the first in Europe to educate executives in both business and data science. AMBA also lauded the programme for its collaboration with Amsterdam Data Science, a data science ecosystem of academic knowledge institutes in Amsterdam. Amsterdam Data Science brings together data science researchers from academia, industry, and government to share ideas, pursue research, and foster talent.
The Association of MBAs is an independent organisation committed to raising international quality standards to benefit business schools, students, alumni and employers. The Amsterdam Business School has been AMBA accredited since 2016.
