Finance: Corporate Finance (track)
Companies of any size continuously face financial decisions. The Corporate Finance track of the Master’s programme in Finance explores such decisions at length: from mergers & acquisitions structuring to restructuring from financial distress, from IPOs and seasoned equity offerings to capital structuring and valuation. This programme is ideal for anyone interested in pursuing a career in Corporate Finance. This can be either within an investment bank, or a commercial bank, as a consultant or within a non-financial corporation. In the Corporate Finance track we provide a framework for corporate financial decision making related to valuation, funding, corporate restructuring and corporate governance.
